No. We can manage most WordPress sites even if they’re hosted with another provider, though we’re happy to recommend fast, reliable hosting if you’re not happy where you are.
If an update we perform causes an issue, we’ll roll it back or fix it as part of your plan.
No. Website Management covers maintenance, backups, security and speed. New pages, redesigns or bigger changes are quoted separately or covered by a marketing/ongoing content plan.
Yes. We manage WooCommerce and other WordPress-based eCommerce setups. For busier shops, we recommend the Pro Website Care plan.
No, we bill month-to-month, with a minimum of 3 months recommended so your site gets into a stable rhythm of care.
